Zhanjiang maritime authorities prepared safeguard plans including smart remote control, UAV patrols and escort vessels.        Temporary one-way traffic control was imposed, and navigation hazards were cleared to ensure safe entry.    Officials said the docking supports the stable development of Zhanjiang’s steel industry chain.    (By Helen Mo, intern Xu Wenda)                    。
